Can I make a same-day reservation?
We can accommodate same-day reservations if there is availability, but there may be times when we are fully booked and unable to provide a vehicle. We recommend making a reservation as early as possible once your plans are decided.
I would like to change my reservation.
Please call us immediately.
We can accommodate same-day changes at the same time (such as changing the route), but if the date or time changes are approaching, we may not be able to provide a vehicle.
I would like to know how to cancel my reservation.
For same-day cancellations, we charge the standard fee and actual costs.
Do I need to make separate reservations for round-trip transportation?
For round-trip trips, you can apply for both at the same time. Please inform the operator.
I would like a quote.
For taxis, fares vary depending on operating conditions, so we do not provide individual quotes. (A combined time-distance fare system applies.)
We will provide quotes for sightseeing and private charter trips.
What payment methods are available?
We accept cash, credit card, and electronic money (PayPay and Rakuten Pay).
Do you accept deferred payment or invoice payments?
Invoice payments are also possible. Invoices are generally sent by email. Bank transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.
I have a child. Do you provide a child car seat?
We are unable to provide child car seats.
I left something in a taxi. What should I do?
If you have left something behind, please contact us using the lost and found inquiry form. Please provide information such as the date and time of boarding, boarding and disembarking locations, and the vehicle number, along with the description of the item.
How long are lost items kept?
Lost items are reported to the police by each office within one week. The reporting date varies depending on the office. Valuables may be reported immediately. Perishable items will be disposed of if the owner is not found on the day of the accident.
*When using a taxi, please be sure to keep your receipt as it will make it easier to identify the vehicle if you need to make any inquiries.
I would like you to transport only my luggage.
We are sorry, but as we are a passenger transportation business, we are unable to transport only luggage.
