We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions regarding charter reservations and transportation.Please check before contacting us.


 I’m worried about whether I’ll be able to meet you at the pickup location.

 If necessary, we will provide you with the vehicle number, driver’s name, and contact information the day before the trip.

 Can you go to a location other than the one I reserved?

 We can accommodate changes to the route and time even on the day. Please consult with the driver.

 Can I extend or shorten the time on the day?

 We can flexibly accommodate requests both before departure and during the time (during the trip). The rate is based on the hourly rate.

 Do you have drivers who speak foreign languages?

 We have one driver who can speak English at a conversational level.

 When and how do I pay?

 You can pay on the spot after the trip is complete, or pay by invoice.

 Do you have vehicles other than taxis?

 We have black hire cars (sedans), 9-passenger jumbo hire cars (Hiace), and welfare vehicles. Rates vary for each, so please inquire.

 What about highway tolls, parking fees, and the driver’s meals?

 Highway tolls and parking fees are the customer’s responsibility.

 Can I extend or shorten the time?

 Both extensions and shortenings are possible. An extension fee will be charged for extensions (however, we may not be able to accept extensions if other reservations have been made). We regret that we cannot offer a discount if the time is shortened.

 Does the fare change depending on the number of people?

 No, it does not. The maximum number of passengers allowed is the vehicle’s capacity minus one person (the driver).
